The smoked salmon bagels were a delicious delight, paired perfectly with a cozy lounge vibe. The staff's attention to detail was top-notch, making every moment feel special. that festive decor really set a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Now, about that faux flower display out front—bit of an eyesore, especially from room 11. They could use a proper coffee maker too. and what's with the toilet? That flush was a real struggle.

Our stay was fantastic, especially the fabulous room with soft sheets, warm robes, and a lovely pillow menu that ensured a great night's sleep. The beautiful decorations made it feel like a cozy holiday spirit all around. Plus, the hotel is just a short stroll from the V&A and Harrods, making it super convenient for shopping.
Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

overall a beautiful stay but minor room flaws
The touch of a welcome card and chocolates for my partner's birthday made our stay feel special. Every morning, the à la carte breakfast was not only a feast but presented with great care in an elegant dining environment.
The room decor could benefit from some updates.

The stay was delightful, especially with attentive service that exceeded our expectations. The staff accommodated our every need, and the location was perfect, with easy access to Harrod’s and other attractions. I particularly loved the cozy lounge where we could relax after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the overpriced breakfast compared to many other places we've stayed during our travels.

missingWrote a review on 12 Octcharming barluxurious toiletriespillow menuunexpected charge
The cozy lounge offers a charming bar atmosphere, creating a warm space to unwind after a day on the town. Special amenities include a vast pillow menu and luxurious toiletries that elevate the overall experience.
The daily service charge of £15 felt a bit unexpected and could have been communicated better upfront. Our classic double room had a mattress that leaned toward the hard side, making for uncomfortable sleep, and the thick curtains blocked out daylight, which was a struggle when waking up. A minor annoyance involved room service prices lacking visibility on the menu, leading to unexpected charges that were less than ideal.

Family with children excellent experience
Our stay lasted five nights and we were blown away by the daily surprises left on our beds. The staff anticipated our every need, even packing up snacks from the lounge for us to take home!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still worth every penny.

We had a lovely stay with such cozy bedding and a delicious breakfast spread every morning. The relaxing lounge was a perfect spot to unwind, and the bar offered a pleasant vibe for evening drinks. The room felt a bit smaller than expected, but that didn't take away from the overall charm of our experience. 😊

A Memorable Stay with Impeccable Service!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the homemade treats upon arrival to a delightful selection for breakfast. The staff made us feel truly special, going above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The cozy atmosphere and unique charm of the hotel made it a perfect retreat after exploring London. Only downside was the shower arrangement in my room, which felt a bit cramped for comfort.

this hotel is just lovely! we stayed in a deluxe queen room and it was so cozy and well-decorated, with all the little touches like fresh fruit and daily treats that made it feel special. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially at the front desk, and they had great recommendations for local dining. breakfast was delish, with tasty pastries and a nice atmosphere to start the day. location was perfect too, close to harrods and hyde park!
but the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention as it felt a bit dated and i wish there were more channels on the tv. also, the elevator was kind of slow at times.
